Sarah's Bio

Sarah graduated from Texas State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences. There she developed an interest in financial management relating to the individual consumer and businesses alike. Sarah's favorite projects involved experimenting with ways to maximize results from limited resources. Her junior year, she took an internship position with a promotional marketing firm in Bellaire. Following the internship, she joined staff. It was very exciting but she jumped at the opportunity to try a hand at starting a family business when her husband was unfulfilled with his time at the dealership. Everyone who knew Garrett knew that he was highly skilled, but Sarah convinced him to act on their shared belief that he could put those skills to work for himself in a more direct way, maximizing his return and hopefully creating a more fulfilling life together. 

In May of 2009, Power Stroke Magic, Inc. was born as Garrett & Sarah signed a rental agreement on a single bay from an industrial park owner who was downsizing due to the economical climate. At first glance, it may have not looked like much and the office it came with may have seemed like backwards thinking. However, the price was right and balance was created. PSM became what they considered to be one of the park owner's favorite tenants as their landlord graciously expanded the rental space twice by 2012. Finally, PSM had an appropriate ratio of office to shop space and the bulk phase began. By 2017, PSM had outgrown it's humble beginnings and started construction on a stand-alone facility on 3 AC. Sarah designed every detail of the office, service drive and landscaping with customer experience in mind. Although you may never see her, she is on site every day and hopes to make the most of the consumer-circumstance by creating an environment that emphasizes the level of care that will be taken with their vehicles. 

She and Garrett have 4 children together, ages 2, 6, 8, & 10.  One of Sarah's favorite memories is of her first summer job and she and Garrett hope to one day create an operation large enough that their children and their friends could have the opportunity to learn a little bit about the trades and business entrepreneurship should they have an interest to.
